I’m Ellie Paskell, the creator of this event.​
​Sister, partner, coach, healer, bright yellow car driver, business owner…
With 25+ years professional experience in the healing and expressive arts,
I'm heart-pumpingly passionate about supporting people to express their souls through their bodies.​

​I've studied with teachers, therapists, healers and the un-worded voice of my felt sense for over twenty years; learning about our beautiful bodies and what it truly takes for us to thrive, heal, lead and feel hand softening joy.

I became passionately committed to allowing the feminine to rise, in my being and our world
- In 2012 when I discovered that the 'chronic fatigue' I'd been feeling was the result of my body having been supremely suppressed for as long as I could remember... While on the outside my life looked wondrous; successful actress, performing regularly for millions, deep down something was stuck. My fire, my flow - the guts of my yes, the fire of my no. Hidden. My true self whispering beneath the waves.

until I set her free.
​
Then, in 2018... another layer showed itself to be - O became passionate in the knowing that we must do this together when, in 2018 when my ancestral trauma from the witch burning times started to rise. There I was, one Tuesday afternoon in the city centre of Manchester, suddenly terrified, looking around for the men with staffs who wanted to take me out. While I knew there weren't likely to actually be any men with staffs... that fear was the call for me to take the next step on my healing path.
From that day on, I felt my previously buried fear of other women rising; red hot anger, throat gripping jealousy, hair tearing despair; not from this lifetime, not rooted in now but dismantling my reality nevertheless... and so I joined a journey with Cali White and a band of 33 other wonderful women to create the healing art exhibition ‘I Am Witch’ in 2022. And ever since then, this 'Healing the Sisterhood' event has been tapping me on the shoulder, telling me it’s ready to rise...
